work-life-wsopCommunity Relations (ComRel) Coordinators and Benefactors Visit at Dualtech and Partner Companies

Dualtech Center organized a 2-Day Work-Life-Effectiveness Seminar Workshop for its Community Relations Coordinators from Quezon, Bohol, Cebu, Ilocos Sur, and Leyte and for benefactors who provided scholarship grants and financial assistance to Dualtech Scholars.

Mr. Ariel Crisostomo, Dualtech Consultant, facilitated the seminar-workshop that covered work values applicable to the family, workplace, and community. The participants had the chance to meet their recruits in the boarding houses and in Dualtech. They toured the Dualtech facility.

To orient the coordinators and benefactors about the next phase of the training program, Dualtech brought the participants to four (4) partner companies to meet the trainees, graduates, company representatives, and witnessed for themselves the actual training in the factories.

Nexperia, Inc.

Nexperia (formerly NXP Semiconductor Cabuyao and Philips Semiconductor) hosted  Dualtech and its guests at its facility in Cabuyao City. Mr. John Frederick Ramos, Sr. HRM Manager, introduced the company and shared experiences partnering with Dualtech. As a long-time Dualtech advocate, he said “I strongly believe the mission of Dualtech.

nxpFormer Dualtech Industrial Coordinator, now Senior Labor Relations and Admin Manager of Nexperia, Mr. Arnel Sumagui, had many stories to share from when he was still with Dualtech in 1988. He shared, “One of the best areas of training is the Dualtech set-up. So our trainees like in Telefunken that time were successful.

One of the Dualtech graduates, Mr. Mike Reyes, gave testimony about his training in 1998 and now that he is an engineer at Nexperia. He said, “Matutunan mo hindi lang yung skills pati narin yung formation. Mas marami tayong matutulungan na estudyante.

Ms. Gelyn De Castro, Principal from Tagkawayan Quezon, referred some scholars from her school. There were also graduates from the province who came back to her.

From Cebu, Ms. Helen Obenieta, ALS Coordinator, sent ALS graduates from Mandaue Cebu. For 3 months, she noticed changes on the attitude of their scholars. At NXP, she almost cried after seeing the scholars who thanked her for bringing them to Dualtech. On one of her conversations with them, she shared “Ma'am kahit malayo kami sa magulang namin tinitiis nalang namin para may pagbabago sa buhay namin kaya maraming salamat sa inyo dahil maraming nabago sa aming mga sarili dahil sa Dualtech.

Nexperia currently trains over 30 scholars from different provinces.

Amherst Laboratories, Inc.

On November 17, Mr. Limuel Razo, General Manager, welcomed the participants at its Unilab Pharma Campus facility in Binan City. He shared that his connection with Dualtech started around 1987. He said, “All those years, I always believe in the quality in the education and training that is afforded to financially challenged students.” Just like Dualtech scholars, he also came from Mindanao and was one such student during his time.

amherstHe also acknowledged the efforts of the coordinators who involved themselves in finding qualified scholars to pursue vocational education at Dualtech and some who provided scholarship to the students. He said, “You help provide medium for these students to be properly oriented not just on the technical side but equally important on personal values. We would like to have students who eventually become our workers with work ethics guided by Christian values.” He called this a good partnership between the academe and private sector.

Ms. Michelle Samson, HR Officer, introduced two Bohol scholars who are trained at Amherst Laboratories and one graduate, Mr. Harold Bitoro, who also shared their stories and experiences.

Mr. Bitoro works at Amherst Laboratories now for 10 years. From a squatter area in Caloocan, he learned about Dualtech when he worked in a pier in Malabon and was told about Dualtech by the other workers. To sustain his finances, he accepted drawing projects. He was employed immediately after his 18-month training at Amherst.

Mr. Razo ended the tour saying, “We are proud to showcase our facility, showcase our capabilities for some of you who would be recruiting more students from the provinces to bring them to  Dualtech to pursue their studies. You will have something to show and tell them about our company, Amherst Laboratories.

Other than Amherst Laboratories, Mr. Razo mentioned CSR projects of Asian Antibiotics, Philippine Health Foods, Amherst Parenterals, and now AM Europharma Corporation which are part of the Unilab Pharma network.

Honda Philippines, Inc.

On December 02, a group of DepEd Bohol Officials toured Honda Philippines in Sto Tomas, Batangas. The HR Team headed by Atty. Barbara Perez oriented the guests about the systematic process in producing motorcycles.

hondaOne of the graduates from Tayabas Quezon gave a testimony about the training acquired at Dualtech and at Honda Philippines. One of his memorable experiences was the spiritual formation given by Dualtech. Dualtech is his stepping stone to be able to graduate and be promoted in Honda.

Ms. Jean Saturinas, EPS – II, ALS of Department of Education Bohol, is one of the coordinators who recruited scholars among students in Alternative Learning System. She knew Dualtech through other DepEd teachers and was convinced on the possible help for OSY Boholanos. She said, “Now we have realized that Dualtech is really commendable and the curriculum is worth emulating. We could see in the faces of the student and the learners that they are very disciplined and responsible. This experience is truly memorable to me and I hope that our partnership will be stronger not only to help but to enlighten the lives especially those who become hopeless.”

Honda Philippines has been very active in its Corporate Social Responsibility. They also opened possibilities of helping DepEd Bohol on their next CSR project in the Visayas region.

Yamaha Motor Philippines, Inc.

Yamaha Motor in Malvar Batangas also opened its factory for plant tour for DepEd Bohol last December 02. This company sponsored the in-plant training of 4 Boholanos.

yamahaOne of the Bohol trainees, Vito Lumba Jr, shared his story when he was challenged by the  strict school policies but having been a working student in Bohol helped him adjust. In Yamaha, Mr. Lumba is trained in engineering. He is also a student-leader at Dualtech. He said, “Leadership is not a position, but an opportunity para ma-iguide mo ang kasama mo, at training narin sa sarili mo para madala mo iyong kasama mo sa magandang bagay.

Inspired by the stories, Ms. Marina Salamanca, Assistant School Division Superintendent of Department of Education Bohol Division, was awed by the training and formation availed by their scholars. She was newly transferred in Bohol and did not know the program yet until she noticed scholars carrying sacks of rice and bags of clothes and slept in the conference hall. In her curiosity, she decided to join the group to visit Dualtech. She said, “I discovered Dualtech. Had I known this earlier, I should have done my very best to recruit out-of-school youth. It was not a tour but an immersion. The virtue of St. Josemaria is really present. To Dualtech, thank you very much.

Marilou Galit, General Manager for HR and IT of Yamaha, thanked the guests for visiting the plant. It was the first time the company hosted an educational tour for a technical school such as Dualtech. Yamaha is continuously getting Bohol trainees.

dep-ed-wvp-k-12The one-day seminar on work values for K to 12 teachers was very essential and timely to us teachers for us to appreciate more our duty and be inspired again and again despite work-pressure.” -- Seminar Participant

Cheater, is a result when we rearrange the letters in the word teacher. It may serve as a reminder for teachers -or for any professional- to give the best in fulfilling ones work. We don’t cheat our employer of what is due them.

There were two occasions where Dualtech had the opportunity to conduct the seminar “Dualtech 101: Work-life Effectiveness” to  teachers. The first was during the celebration of National Teachers’ Month. Dualtech’s Mr. Cris Malaiba spearheaded the activity for Calamba City Public School Teachers. The event was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Calamba.

The second, was requested by the Department of Education in Bohol. There are good number of students coming from Bohol. The teachers wanted to experience what the scholars are experiencing.

The seminar was a chance for Dualtech to spread what it does best: teach work values and attitudes. Dualtech takes pride in the values formation it imparts to the students. Many partner companies make special mention on the work ethics and professionalism of Dualtech alumni and trainees in their plant. As a teacher puts it: “The training and other experience of Dualtech are awesome and amazing. They are indeed gifts from God  to combat the decadence of our out of school youth. These superb experiences should be made accessible to all, especially people from DepEd who are strategically responsible in nurturing our learners.”

Dualtech believes that in the formation of a child, form PARENTS FIRST, Teachers second. “The seminar is indeed a big help to us teachers. It reminds us of our responsibilities as teachers and most importantly in how to value our work and people especially coworkers and students. To realize my purpose as a teacher. It also gives me an idea that this is not just work but also a ministry, a task given to me by the Lord..”

Part of Dualtech’s CSR is a quarterly seminar on “Dualtech 101: Work-life Effectiveness”. Key people from partner companies attend this workshop. Principals, Teachers, and DepEd officers who are interested may contact Mr. Leonard Calma at 09178953768.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION BOHOL SCHOOL TOUR

DepEd Bohol Division toured at Dualtech Center to meet their scholars and to see the training program during the 6-month Basic Training in Electromechanics Technology.

Four (4) Bohol scholars shared their experiences before their admission at Dualtech, the training and values formation acquired, and their hope to finish the course to be of help to their families in the province.

-- Celso Aguaviva | Antiquera, Bohol
Angelicum Foundation Scholar, Trainee, Transcendt Technology

-- Ray Jay Jenson | Carmen, Bohol
Angelicum Foundation Scholar, Trainee, NXP Semiconductor

-- Gio Aldemar Tanong | Tagbilaran, Bohol
Trainee, AM Europharma

And P-Prayer, dahil pinagdadasal nila kami”

-- Warren Guardiano | Bohol
Trainee, ACS Manufacturing

Dr. Wilfreda D. Bongalos, School Division Superintendent of DepEd Bohol, also shared her appreciation to the partnership with Dualtech. “We have no partners at all. We educate them up to the point that they passed the examination. We need a program which we can trace our students if they have jobs or pursuing further study.”

Since 2015, DepEd Bohol sent over 300 scholars.

“On behalf of the province of Bohol and DEPED, we thank and salute Dualtech for doing a good job to our boys. Iba na talaga sila. Without you, our program will not be possible”, Dr. Bongalos.

Bohol has about 20,000 out of school youth whom they need to help as one of the measures by the provincial government to alleviate poverty.

ojt-outreachDualtech students helped care for the Aged in Calamba City

Dualtech students assisted Bahay ni Maria in Brgy. Sampiruhan, Calamba Laguna in August 2016. This home for the aged is managed by the Missionary of Sisters of Our Lady of Fatima for the abandoned elderly and children with special needs.

Dualtech Center wired and installed emergency lights and bells for designated areas and rooms.

After completing the installation, students spent some time of conversation with the abandoned elderly. Patrick was inspired after meeting Lola Edna.

The activity allowed the trainees to see that even those who are being helped for lack of resources can help.

Lastly, Mr. Reynaldo Endayo Jr, Deputy Division Head for Manufacturing commended the attitude of Dualtech trainees which he considered as main criterion in hiring new employees. He said, “Pag naghire kami, ang hinahanap namin ay attitude at values formation dahil ang skills ay kaya i-develop. Doon kasi kami nahihirapan. Mostly ang na-hire namin, perfect attendance. Dualtech is very strict sa attendance.” The company believes that its primary asset is their people who are making quality products. They open their factory as avenue for learning to many aspiring scholars. There are so many companies [46] that sponsored the training of these graduates and lets be honest, for me that is already a proof that this program was a success because companies will only invest money into the program if they could gain such a benefit from it. -- Mr. Götz Heinicke | Resident Representative, HANNS SEIDEL FOUNDATION. May 27, 2017

Mr. President, ladies and gentlemen.

It is really a pleasure for me to be here this morning with you to participate in this ceremony. I have to admit, I have a speech but I can just skip it because honestly I am impressed about the speech of Mr Moral.

First of all, I would like to thank you for that perfect, excellent speech which was touching and emotional. You are the proof on how successful the program is, and I think that is the reason why we are all here this morning. This work program is a success.

I am so glad to be here this morning with you, I mean Hanns Seidel Foundation. Yes we supported Dualtech Training Center from 1982-2002 fifteen years ago and still we are friends and this training program is working and a success. That doesn't happen very often to other projects abroad; that a project after fifteen years without assistance still exist. So my first congratulation goes to you for an excellent job and I can assure you, we, the Hanns Seidel Foundation is so proud of you.

Thank you very much for inviting me. I notice there are so many companies that participated here. I saw 46 sponsored the training of these graduates and lets be honest, for me that is already a proof that this program was a success because companies will only invest money into the program if they could gain such a benefit from it.

Thank you very much to all the companies who were here. And now to our graduates, it was two years, pretty sure two hard years. The two years of commitments to invest your power, your skills. But today, you passed successfully the program. I cant imagine the years because it is not easy. Now that this step was done and you did it so great so you have all the reason to celebrate today.

I come from Germany and it is not normal for us to see all the parents coming here and all the relatives, the sisters, the brothers, the whole family. When I saw you going up here, wow, I was touched. I am not used to it and I almost had tears in my eyes to see you, to see all the parents proud.

You can be proud of your boys that they invest so much discipline during the last two years and today they did it.

Once again, congratulations.

Strive to be Tatak Dualtech

marchanMay we continuously and constantly live all the good things we learned and developed from this school. May we never lose our values and virtues. We must show the world what we have and never get tired to ask God to give us the strength we need to strive for a better life for ourselves and our families. Let us show the world what we have and in every decision and action we make to reflect  and strive to be TATAK DUALTECH. -- MARCHAN MORAL | Class Valedictorian, Gold Merit, Oustanding In-Plant and In-School, and Learning Excellence Awardee |Trained at Qorvo, Inc.

“I’m not telling you it is going to be easy, [but rather] I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it” (Arthur Williams). That’s how I describe my journey here in Dualtech. I came from Casiguran, Aurora. I learned of Dualtech when the Community Relations Group (COMREL) went to our place to campaign and gave orientation months before our high school graduation. Nearly a hundred of us attended in our school, they explained how the system of Dualtech works and they also tackled the different programs Dualtech can offer. I got interested to enroll because they offer a “study now pay later program,” and they also ensure that after graduation  graduates will have a job because employment offers come from partner companies. Having that in mind, I came here in Laguna to enroll. Of all the young men who attended the orientation I was the only one who decided to enroll here.

My fellow graduates, every corner of this school witnessed all of our efforts and sacrifices, especially in Benchwork, where we unceasingly hack sawed and filed our C-Clamp just to achieve the proper dimension. The dreaded explanation letter, which we often wrote every time we make a violation and for the demerits that would be given after. I admit that I was extremely surprised with the strict policy of the school, it was not easy for me because I had to make many adjustments, especially as to how I associated with other people, and how to discipline myself. There came a point that I decided to go back to our province. But later on, I came to realize all the efforts and sacrifices of my mother just to bring me here. I also thought of our difficult situation back in the province and nothing would happen to me if I just continued to stay in my comfort zone. And so, I decided to continue my training.

After several months of training where I learned to adjust gradually with the help of people here in Dualtech who were very approachable and willing to help and guide us all the time. I was already embracing the culture of Dualtech, then came two major storms in my life, during training. My grandfather died during the early stage of my basic training. He was the one who took care of me when I was still in our province. I struggled to focus on my studies during that time and it was very difficult because of the regret of not thanking him personally for all of his sacrifice and love for me. Up to this day I still miss him.

When typhoon Lando hit our province in October 2015, I was given the opportunity to go back in the province because Dualtech invited me to join the relief operation they organized. I thought I would be recharged because I would be with my mother and my siblings. But instead, I was devastated to see the real situation of my family there. Our house was destroyed by the typhoon. I had temptations of not coming back here in Laguna for my family needs me in Casiguran. With the help of my friends and my mentor I was helped to process all these situations. I learned how to have a positive outlook with all these challenges in my life. And I just said to myself that everything happened for a purpose and I know that God has a plan for me.

During ASTP, struggles and challenges increasingly tended more towards how to decide on what is right for ourselves. There was a battle between temptation to worldliness. After all those experiences and challenges within the two years of our training, we now discover our identities and have become more matured individuals. And now we have a greater capacity to deal with all the trials and challenges in our lives, with the help of all the good values and virtues we learned and developed during the time of our training here.

Allow me to recognize and give thanks to all the people behind our triumph. First of all to God for giving us the gift of life and for giving the grace we need to become strong and brave in facing and fighting all the trials and temptations. We would like to thank Dualtech for giving us a quality education, because they taught us on how to be proficient in technical skills, and most importantly they taught us how to be a better worker and become responsible individuals. To all Learning Facilitators, Industrial Coordinators and all the staff of Dualtech, we are forever grateful to all your help and support, and for all your guidance in discovering the talents and abilities we have. To all the mentors who never got tired listening to me and giving me a good advice, consoling me to face all the realities of life. To the partner companies of Dualtech thank you so much for your trust to Dualtech by allowing us to train in your respective companies, may you always trust Dualtech and have a strong and better partnership. To all the generous sponsors and foundations, thank you so much for helping us and we are blessed because you are always giving your trust to Dualtech. To all our friends during our training here, we became brothers and I experience having a second family, thank you for the support especially during times we were about to give up. And lastly, to our beloved parents thank you for always being there for us, for believing in us and giving us immeasurable love. To my uncles and aunts you were always there to help and support me. To my father thank you; because of you I learned how to be more independent and brave to face all the things that I thought I was not capable of doing. To my mother, thanks Ma for not giving up on me, for always caring and supporting me. Thank you for reminding me that my journey here in Dualltech may be difficult but worth the effort. Thank you so much and forgive me for my shortcomings.

Before I end, please allow me to leave these words coming from the founder of Opus Dei, St. Josemaria Escriva, who inspired people to establish Dualtech:  “Constancy that nothing can shake. That’s what you need. Ask God for it, and do what you can to obtain it: for it is a great safeguard against your ever turning from the fruitful way you have chosen. (The Way, 990)” My fellow graduates, may we continuously and constantly live all the good things we learned and developed from this school. May we never lose our values and virtues. We must show the world what we have and never get tired to ask God to give us the strength we need to strive for a better life for ourselves and our families. Let us show the world what we have and in every decision and action we make to reflect  and strive to be TATAK DUALTECH.

JOEMARIE SAN MIGUEL | Awardee, Gold Merit, Outstanding In-School and In-Plant, and Learning Excellence | Trained at Temic Automotives Philippines | Employed at Toho Precision Molds Philippines

Kampante akong pumasok bilang bagong estudyante noong June 2015.

THANK YOU sa inyong suporta. Rafa Martin, THANK YOU.

Nurture the knowledge and strive further to be a better individual.

“ Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance”.

Pero lahat ng yun balewala at tiniis ko kasi gusto kong makatapos, sabi nga”Obstacle can’t stop You, Problems can’t stop you, Most of all, other people Can’t stop you. The only one who can Stop you is Your self!, yan lagi ang tinatandaan ko.

Salamat pong muli.

The difference between your Dreams and Reality is Prayer and Sacrifice.

I am sure everyone knows what a corn seed is, when you plant a corn seed on a healthy soil you don't get corn seed, but a corn. It's because the harvest is always greater than what is planted, as long as its nurtured properly. This applies to what we have right now, we are witnesses to the combined product of your dedication, discipline and perseverance of our graduates, the unwavering love and guidance of our dear parents, the commitment and patience of our trainers, learning facilitators in Dualtech and invaluable support of industry partners."  -- Deputy Director General Rebecca Calzado | Represented by Ms. Floramel Joy C. Songsong, Chief (Chief TESDA Specialist)

So thank you to, Temic Automotive Philippines and Vishay Philippines, Hino Motors Philippines Corporation, Honda Cars Philippines, Nexperia Philippines Incorporated, Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation, EMD Electronics Philippines, Handling Innovation, Atlanta Industries Incorporated and Daiwa Seiko Philippines Corporation, Thank you very much partners.

I am sure everyone knows what a corn seed is, when you plant a corn seed on a healthy soil you don't get corn seed, but a corn. It's because the harvest is always greater than what is planted, as long as its nurtured properly. This applies to what we have right now, we are witnesses to the combined product of your dedication, discipline and perseverance of our graduates, the unwavering love and guidance of our dear parents, the commitment and patience of our trainers, learning facilitators in Dualtech and invaluable support of industry partners.

The route to this commencement exercise may not be as equally smooth for all of us stake holders, but this is a glaring proof of what Robert H. Schuller said, "Tough times never last, but tough people do".

To the graduates as you savor the moment please take time to thank the people who made it possible for you to get this far. And as you embark on another chapter in your lives, and everything that you has to offer always be reminded of a quote from Winston Churchill "Success is never final, failure is never fatal, it is courage that counts".

On behalf of Technical Education And Skills Development Authority or TESDA, and DDG Rebecca J. Calzado of the Partnership and Linkages, Congratulations and we all deserve another round of applause.

Kahit  saan man ako naroroon, “always pray because in every second of our life, God blesses us always”.

Mr_Rivera_LFI“To quote what your fellow student mentioned earlier, bukod sa pag susumikap at pakikipag laban ay ang pagdarasal.

To quote what your fellow student mentioned earlier, bukod sa pag susumikap at pakikipag laban ay ang pagdarasal.

Ika nga sa IT or Telecom, napakahalaga to always stay connected. Congratulations.

dts-studyThe DTS program outweigh the cost of training the student/trainee.

TESDA and Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) – Human Resources Development Foundation conducted a study about the Cost and benefit Analysis of the Dual Training System in The Philippines. Dualtech and its partner companies were among the DTS stakeholders that provided empirical data.

Key Findings

  • DTS trainees provide long term benefits that includes recruitment costs (ads, personnel), productivity difference, and orientation cost.
  • Combined short and long term benefits is bigger than the overall costs by Php 3,500 per trainee.
  • For firms in the DTS program lasting for more than 12 months, the short term benefit accounts for about 51% of the average cost per trainee per month.
  • It is beneficial for firms to engage in training programs that are a bit longer than the usual three months because of relatively higher benefits
  • The non-monetary benefits include the positive image for the firm for helping young members of society, potential increase in the welfare of the trainees (higher salary and higher probability of being employed)
  • DTS program produces substantial positive spillover effects on the DTS-trained workers – the trainees become more productive.

dts-table

Short Term benefits include the productivity and seasonal benefits derived by the firms.

work-life-wsopCommunity Relations (ComRel) Coordinators and Benefactors Visit at Dualtech and Partner Companies

Yamaha is continuously getting Bohol trainees.

ojt-outreachDualtech students helped care for the Aged in Calamba City

He said, “Education is their passport, bringing the values formation that they have in Dualtech, and we are proud to say that we become part of their achievement. They have done their best. Yun po yung isang bagay kung bakit we look forward to having more in-plant trainees as much as we can.

One of the pioneer DTS-trained employees gave testimony about his training at Dualtech and SDP. Mr. Ariel Lacao, Engineering Supervisor, got a job offer after this 18-month training at SDP. He was assigned in the facilities, building maintenance, electrical wiring, water treatment, and building works. SDP sent him to Japan for training as maintenance personnel, then he got promoted. In his 16 years of service, he said “Through the experience and training of Japanese trainers, doon ko po nakuha ang lahat.

The company trained over 40 scholars since 1996.

Honda Cars Philippines, Inc.

After the enactment of DTS Law in 1994, Honda Cars was among the first companies that were accredited by TESDA in the Dual Training System. The company has already implemented the program since its operation commenced in 1993 in Sta Rosa City.

hcpiOn October 06, Honda Cars Philippines hosted the plant tour of the second batch of TESDA Regional Officers. Mr. Noel Barachina, Senior Assistant Vice President, welcomed the guests and gave a brief background of the DTS partnership with Dualtech. This helps us all together to be one and to understand and realize the true purpose of Corporate Social Responsibility. Through the Dual Training System, we still carry on  imparting the relevant skills, values, and most of all, fulfill more dreams for these young aspiring students.

The company introduced its first graduate who still stays in the company for 23 years. Mr. Nelmar Caya was trained in the maintenance section.

He also added, “Honda Cars Philippines will continue to support Dualtech for its  Dual Training Program and its endeavor to  strengthen and implement its primary goal. To equip students with competitive  and effective skills that will match every industry requirements.

In the three plant tours, TESDA DTS Focal Officers learned the industry practices and its solid partnership with Dualtech which industry called, Corporate Social Responsibility.

Ms. Floramel Joy C. Salongsong, TESDA Partnerships and Linkages Office (PLO)-Partnerships Incentives and Assistance Division (PIAD) joined the tours and thanked the companies flor-sfor the actual DTS exposure and testimonies. She said, “Thank you for the opportunity to allow us to see the companies because that added to what we are trying to sell in terms of promoting DTS. The experiences is really great. Thank you for being part of the partners of Dualtech and we are really pushing for more companies in delivering DTS.

She also appreciated the experiences shared by Dualtech as the pioneer of the Dual Training System in the Philippines. During the forum, Ms. Salongsong said “Ang Dualtech po ang pwede pang benchmark in terms of Dual Training System which is being pushed by TESDA para mas maraming mag participate sa ganitong klase ng education system. That is the reason why we have different participants all over the Philippines to help us out in promoting and pushing for more partnership under dual training system.

The partnership between Dualtech and TESDA in promoting the Dual Training System will  help them realize its full benefit as the takers of the skilled and values-oriented individuals who will complement the growing technical manpower requirements in the country.

RODEL TALENTO | Awardee, Silver Merit, Outstanding In-School and In-Plant, and Learning Excellence | Trained at EMD Technology Philippines, Inc.

Maraming salamat Lord!
